At Lewkin, every item is carefully inspected before shipping,
but the following cases are recognized as defective and eligible for a return or refund.
If you suspect your item may be defective, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package and include clear photos of the issue.
🔹 Defective Item Criteria
Sewing or stitching defects
Broken zippers, buttons, or damaged hardware
Visible stains, marks, or scratches
For cosmetics: leakage, breakage, or product deterioration
※ The following cases are not considered defects:
Minor loose threads, chalk marks, or slight fabric smell from production
Slight color or brightness differences due to monitor settings
Personal dissatisfaction with fit, size, or style preference
⏳ Return Request Period
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please submit your return through our Lewkin Return Center.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
